Jan. 2009:
During the testing of the new Marine Sonic side scan equipment an unknown sunken sailboat was found. The software provided detail size information from the sonar imagery. It also showed the anchor line from the 18 foot vessel all the way to its anchor. We made a dive to find it was about 3 years old and possibly sunk, because of an opened hatch in a wind storm.
